Shipping policy

All orders are shipped according to the instructions and details provided in your tracking information. DUBAESKIN is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit unless shipping insurance has been purchased at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or update the delivery address.

If a product is returned to DUBAESKIN & or not received due to customer error including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries or similar this is to be rectified at the customers expense. This includes an additional fee for re-delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2-9 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please allow up to 1-3 business days. 

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (not including holidays or weekends). In peak holiday season and black friday events please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and sent out. Shipping times do not include processing times.

DUBAESKIN takes no responsibility for any delays within auspost. Once you have received your tracking number that simply means we have successfully sent your order and it is out of our hands. If any delays occur please contact auspost directly.
